Cheese Tarts

Ingredients:



2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup sugar

4 eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup grated cheese (such as Parmesan or Gouda)

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt


Instructions:


Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a muffin tin or use muffin liners.

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.

Stir in the grated cheese.

Pour the batter into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into

the center comes out clean.
